Treehouse

These classes are spaces I create to help you quiet the mental noise, clear your mind, and come back to yourself.

Each class is centered around three pillars designed to support your process, with full autonomy to meet yourself exactly where you are.

Safety

To begin, we regulate your nervous system through slow belly breathing and gentle music, so you can relax.

Immersion

You move through guided active breathwork at your own pace, with full permission to modify, pause, or stop whenever you need to.

Presence

A crystal sound bath helps you integrate, rest, and return to yourself.

Questions?

Review what to bring, how to prepare, and our scheduling guidelines.

What should I bring to my first session?

Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, an eye mask (or bandana), and wear comfortable, unrestrictive clothing. I recommend having an empty stomach (wait at least 3 hours after a heavy meal) for the most comfortable breathwork experience.

What is your cancellation policy?

The cancellation policy varies based on studio / booking provider.

Is breathwork safe for everyone?

While breathwork is generally safe, it can be physically and emotionally intense. It is not recommended for those with severe cardiovascular conditions, history of seizures, severe psychiatric symptoms, or those who are pregnant without prior medical clearance.

How early should I arrive?

Please try to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled session time. This allows you to settle in, use the restroom, and transition from the busy world into our grounded space before we begin.

Can I eat before a class?

We advise eating light, easily digestible foods if you must eat beforehand. A full stomach can restrict diaphragm movement and make the deeper breathing exercises uncomfortable.
