Avery Dawn is a somatic practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and coach based in Bend, Oregon. Her work helps people move out of constant analysis and into a deeper relationship with themselves, their bodies, and what they already know.
Rather than offering another set of answers to follow, Avery helps people develop the capacity to listen inward, discern what feels true, and trust themselves enough to live from it. At the heart of her work is a simple belief: your body already knows. The work is learning how to listen.
TRAUMA-INFORMED somatic COACHING & BREATHWORK IN BEND, OREGON.

During the pandemic, a friend invited me over to try breathwork. I had no idea what I was walking into, but that first experience showed me just how powerfully the breath could shift the way we feel in our bodies.
That curiosity led me deeper into trauma informed breathwork, somatics, meditation, and sound healing. Over time, these practices became less about the experience itself and more about learning how to listen. To my body. To my intuition. To myself.
That relationship with myself has changed the way I live my life.
It has given me the courage to trust what feels true, even when it doesn’t make perfect sense on paper. And again and again, following that inner knowing has led me toward a life that feels more beautiful, more aligned, and more mine than I could have planned. A life that continues to leave me in awe.
Not by giving them the answers, but by helping them slow down, tap into their bodies, hear their own voice more clearly, and build the self trust to create a life that feels true for them.
